Hunting the Predator: Disengaging from the Critic
Intro Evening

In this free evening lecture we will explore the main qualities of the soul and discuss one structure – the critic, the judge that have imprinted and shaped our souls. This is to invite you to taste the exploration of disengaging from the judge so your soul's aliveness can manifest more fully. When 8 participants sign up, we will create a group working intensively with four venues of inner work - meditation, sensing and inquiry, breath-work, and the book study of Soul without Shame by Byron Brown. The group will use open-ended inquiry with sensing and awareness to become more aware of this structure. As these restrictions within the soul relax and unwind, the dynamic flow of the soul can unfold, revealing more and more of its full potential, bringing us closer to Home. This group is open to men and women.
